The Rules of the Game 5th Chapter
This chapter is important because it teaches a lesson about Waverly Jong and how she was so good at chess and how she used someof the strategies to help her when "he was playing chess with her mother". Well I know that Waverly used the strategies she played in real chess with her mother but, she still didn't win.
Perspective
If I wrote this particular chapter I would want the reader to walk away with the concepts of when you learn something in life like a particular game or something don't just think of it as just a game or just a airy tale think of it as a deeper concept or lesson that you can use in everyday life. Another way I could look at this concept is like sometimes thinjgs happen in life that are just coincident and when they do use the strategies you learned in some other incident.
Evidence
I think the author is trying to make a point to payattention to the simple things in life because youm ight need them later when you're in a deeper situation. I know form expirience the author is presenting factual information.

Sober Faith By:Paton Skky
This work matters to me because since I am becoming a young women this book prepares me for the real world. In this paticular piece the author's point is to help young ladies from the age of about 13-untill you get married to help you stay pure. I chose this piece so that when the pressure is on I can stay strong and keep my promise o myself to stay pure untill I get married.I think this book can be relvent to girls who are struggling with the peer presure from other peers.
Perspective
Paton Skky was the drator of this book. Well to me the time period is undecided because this book could have been made in the 18 cntury but it would have still applied and it would have helped. If I wrote this book hypethetically speaking I would want the reader to walk away with the understanding that if you are doing ssomething to honor GOD He will always make a way.I personally think the author is clearly against women/girls having sex before they're married.
Evidence
The main point the author is trying to make is not to have sex before you get married. In this book the author gives examples on how another girl cracks under pressure and gives in. And she also makes the point tha the girl who didn't give in was proud of herself. I know the author is presenting factual informatin because I've heard of people that give in and I even know someone whogoes to my church that gave in and she had a baby at 16.
Connection
This event thathappens in the book still applies to the world to day because plenty of girls don't really care about themselves and they just give it up and they don't know hwo precious they are. I think this problem will still exsist in the future because in this generation there is so much lack of dicipline. Well I know when I get in highschool I might have to read this book again to remind myself to stay pure no matter what.
Supposition
I think the world would definately different if every single girl kept themselves untill they got married. There would probabbly be less homeless people and all kinds of stuff would change. If this took place at a middle school it wouldn't matter as much.

Friends Forever
This book teaches you a lesson. Brittani and I tend to get in to a lot of situations are selves but we work them out, for example in the book it talked about three totally different girls who were complete enemies in elemenary and they ended up going to the same middle school and they got to know each other better and better until they became best friends then they ran into some conflicts but they settled thier differences and worked out thier problems. Kind of like me and Brittani.
Perspective
I think this book is good for friends who have problems with thier friendship so they can maybe use the same concept as the three girls in the book about friendship. If I reccomended this book to anyone I would expect them to walk away with the concept that a friendship is not all about what you want but it's about give and take.
Evidence
I think the point the author is trying to get out to the readers who read this book is to learn something form these 8th graders who learned to put aside thier differences and be friends. I know it sounds a bit corny but it really does work.
Connection
This story may not be true, I'm not sure but you can use the solution that was in the story to help with your real life problems.
Supposition
If there was one girl who didn't get along with either of the friends at all she would've missed out on a good friendship.
